Returns on painting supplies must be made within 7 days of customer receipt, and are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping and return shipping costs are nonrefundable. Tracking numbers must be provided for returned items. Paint and sealed paint products are non-returnable if opened.
Returns on furniture are not accepted. Upholstered furniture has a 1 year workmanship guarantee, and does not include fabric wear or damage from shipping or pets. Paint and finishes do not have a guarantee due to the differences in how light or heavy furniture is used. Furniture art pieces are not intended for typical use. Regardless of the high quality of fabrics used, specialty fabrics and materials (hair on hides, high end wool, hand-woven rugs, images, etc) are not rated as upholstery fabrics and do not come with a guarantee.
