Prices show typical upholstery labor costs and a rough estimate on how much fabric may be required for each piece. Prices are also affected by details such as: Upholstery style (buttons, tufts, pleats, etc), condition of frame and existing padding and springing, if frame is to be painted as well as upholstered, if piece is to be completely upholstered or has wood frame, finish treatments such as decorative nails. Additional labor costs and fabric yardage apply for fabric with patterns which need to be matched. Painting charges also included.
